How a tower gets built.
Six stages from dirt to dish. Pre-dawn starts, weather windows chased, rigging checks and rechecks. The work that determines whether a tower stands for 30 years or 30 months.
Site assessment
Walk the dirt. Verify RF coverage, access, soils, drainage, easements. Scope engineering requirements where they apply.
Permitting
Jurisdiction varies site to site. We coordinate FAA 7460, ASR, zoning, and local permits against the schedule you need.
Civil & foundation
Clearance, excavation, rebar cage, concrete poured and cured. Ground ring in before backfill.
Steel up
Base sections set, upper sections flown, bolt-up at every connection plate. Plumb and tension to spec.
RF & grounding
Dishes, sectors, horns aligned and weatherproofed. Every radio cadwelded to the ground ring.
Commissioning
Full site test, punch-list walk, handover docs. Turn-key, revenue-ready asset.
